A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the small and mid-sized district adjustment under the 
public school finance system.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 42.103(e), Education Code, is repealed.                    
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
