A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to tax assessment procedures in certain water districts.             
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Subsection (g), Section 49.107, and Subsection 
(f), Section 49.108, Water Code, are repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
