S.B. No. 1087




AN ACT

relating to the appointment of notaries public.                               
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Subsection (c), Section 406.005, Government 
Code, is repealed.   
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
