A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT


relating to eliminating certain requirements for publishing and 
distributing volumes of legislative acts and for distributing 
judicial reports and other state publications.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Sections 405.012 and 405.013, Government Code, 
are repealed.     
	SECTION 2.  Subchapter B, Chapter 2158, Government Code, is 
repealed.        
	SECTION 3.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
