A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the continuation of certain professional and 
occupational licensing boards as self-directed and 
semi-independent agencies.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Subsection (c), Section 4, of Article 8930, 
Revised Statutes, is amended to read as follows:
	(c)  This Act [is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code 
(Texas Sunset Act).  Unless continued in existence as provided by 
that chapter, this Act] expires September 1, 2015 [2003].
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
