AN ACT
relating to service of process of a sports and community venue

Sec. 335.005. SUITS; SERVICE OF PROCESS. A district,
through its board, may sue and be sued in any court of this state in
the name of the district. Service of process on a district may be
had by serving either the current Chairman of the board or the
current Chief Executive Officer of the district.

crowded condition of the calendars of both houses create an
emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
