S.C.R. No. 66 




SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2415 has been adopted by the senate 
and the house of representatives and is being prepared for 
enrollment; and
	WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be 
corrected; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the 78th Legislature of the State of Texas, That 
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed 
to correct House Bill No. 2415, in SECTION 1 of the bill, by 
striking Sections 304.003(c)(2) and (3), Finance Code, as amended 
by the bill, and substituting the following:
		(2)  five [10] percent a year if the prime rate as 
published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York [auction rate] 
described by Subdivision (1) is less than five [10] percent; or
		(3)  15 [20] percent a year if the prime rate as 
published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York [auction rate] 
described by Subdivision (1) is more than 15 [20] percent.
