SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 306

	WHEREAS, January 28, 2003, will be a day long cherished and 
remembered by Michelle Lynn and Brian Mitchell Levy, for on that 
day their twin sons, Ben Miles Levy and Elliot Joseph Levy, were 
born; and

	WHEREAS, Both were beautiful baby boys at birth; Miles 
weighed four pounds six ounces, and Elliot weighed four pounds 
nine ounces; and

	WHEREAS, The safe arrival of Miles and Elliot fulfilled 
their parents' dearest wish, and the blessed event has brought 
great happiness to the entire family; and

	WHEREAS, It is indeed appropriate that the Texas Senate 
welcome these new native Texans as treasured young citizens of 
the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 
78th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Michelle Lynn
and Brian Mitchell Levy and best wishes for the future to 
Ben Miles Levy and Elliot Joseph Levy; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as a memento of this special occasion.
