SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 346

	WHEREAS, November 7, 2002, will be a day long cherished and 
remembered by Steve A. and Sarah Clower Keathley, for on that day 
their daughter Katherine Keathley was born; and

	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby girl arrived at 10:38 a.m.; she 
weighed eight pounds six ounces and was 20.5 inches long; and

	WHEREAS, Katherine's safe arrival fulfilled her parents' 
dearest wish, and they are joyful over the birth of their new 
daughter; and

	WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great happiness to 
Katherine's family, and she has been heartily welcomed into the 
Keathley household; and

	WHEREAS, It is appropriate that the Texas Senate welcome 
this recently born little girl as a treasured citizen of the
Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
78th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Steve A. and 
Sarah Clower Keathley and warm greetings to Katherine Keathley 
with best wishes for the future; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
