SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 433

	WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured 
events in the life of a couple; and

	WHEREAS, February 18, 2003, will be a day long remembered 
and cherished by Rocky and Tricia Sexton, for on that day their 
son Dylan Kincaid Sexton was born; and

	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy was born at 12:28 p.m.; he 
weighed nine pounds five ounces and was 20.28 inches long; and

	WHEREAS, Dylan's safe arrival is the fulfillment of his 
parents' dearest wish; Rocky and Tricia are filled with joy over 
this long-awaited infant, who has already found a permanent place 
in their hearts; and

	WHEREAS, It is indeed appropriate that the Texas Senate 
welcome this new little Texan as a treasured citizen of the 
Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 
78th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Rocky and 
Tricia Sexton on the birth of their precious child and honor 
Dylan Kincaid Sexton as a new citizen of the State of Texas; and, 
be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as an expression of best wishes from the Texas Senate.
