SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 928

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Justin Dale Rickey of Lake Jackson on the special 
occasion of his home school graduation on June 7, 2003; and

	WHEREAS, Justin completed his graduation requirements at 
home and has demonstrated diligence and perseverance in working 
toward his goal; and

	WHEREAS, In addition to his home schooling, he worked part 
time and attended college by concurrent enrollment; and

	WHEREAS, Known for his honesty and his friendliness, 
Justin is a devoted son and a dedicated employee; and

	WHEREAS, Justin is a follower of Jesus Christ and a 
faithful member of his church, and he has been to El Salvador and 
Arkansas to share his Christian beliefs; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 
78th Legislature, hereby commend Justin Dale Rickey for his 
exemplary accomplishments and extend congratulations to him on 
his graduation with best wishes for future success in all his 
endeavors; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
him as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
