SENATE RESOLUTION
	BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 78th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, That Senate Rules 12.03 and 
12.04, be suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to 
enable consideration of, and action on, the following specific 
matters which may be contained in the Conference Committee Report 
on House Bill No. 1:

1.  Format Changes                                                     
For each general academic institution, service agency, 
health center, health science center, technical college, and 
system office, the Conference Committee Report combines all 
strategy appropriations into one single appropriation with 
the individual strategies shown, for information only, as 
the first rider in the institution's bill pattern.  This 
format change does not affect the amount of appropriations 
to any institution or the method of financing any 
institution's appropriations.
