No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code by requiring affidavits in conducting hearings, and preliminary hearings, to determine the existence of a violation of a releasee’s parole, or mandatory supervision or the person’s conditional pardon.  It is assumed that this bill would not significantly affect the fiscal operations of state government. 


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
