No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends several sections of the Election Code relating to voter fraud. The Secretary of State indicates that passage of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact to their agency.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
