No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a state employee to a leave of absence without a deduction in salary for the time necessary to permit the employee to serve as a bone marrow or organ donor.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
