No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make a person liable of committing an offense if, without the department's authorization, the person manufactures, sells, or possesses a placard that is deceptively similar to a disabled parking placard.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
