No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Code of Criminal Procedure provisions for expunction of records to provide that the court ordering the expunction can be the trial court if that court is a district court, or, if the trial court was not a district court, then a district court in the county in which the trial court is located.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
