The bill would amend the Government Code to modify the disclosure requirements of criminal history record information of certain individuals placed on deferred adjudication community supervision.  The Department of Public Safety would incur programming costs and increased workload.  However, it is not anticipated these factors will have a significant fiscal impact.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Local governmental entities would incur some personnel and storage costs to segregate the types of files specified in the bill, but these costs are not expected to be significant.
