No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would allow a public elementary or secondary school or an institution of higher education to display the United States national motto, "In God We Trust," on an appropriately framed background of at least 11 inches by 14 inches in each classroom, auditorium, and cafeteria.
