IN RE:	HB221 by Goodman (Relating to the exemption from registration with the Board of Tax Professional Examiners for certain county assessor-collectors.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the county assessor-collectors in Bexar, Dallas, Fort Worth and Harris counties to register with the Board of Tax Professional Examiners.  Although not currently required, Bexar, Dallas and Fort Worth are registered with the Board.   

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
