No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill limits the amount a physician, who is or previously has been the treating physician for a party, may charge for disposition testimony in a civil action. The limitation does not apply if the testimony is not related to the condition or treatment of the party.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
