No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code by allowing a defendant to offer evidence, under certain conditions, regarding the age of the person depicted in the offense of possession or promotion of child pornography.  It is assumed that this bill would not significantly affect the fiscal operations of state government. 


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
