No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the inclusion of representatives related to child abuse investigation, child protection, and the prosecution of child abuse cases on the governing board and multidisciplinary team of a children's advocacy center. The Department of Protective and Regulatory Services indicates no fiscal impact.
