No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This legislation, if enacted, allows the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to disclose the zip code of an individual to whom the department has issued a license to the public, but prohibits the department from providing to the public any other personal information that relates to a person who does not hold a commercial license issued by the department.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
