No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the refusal to administer or consent to the administration of certain psychiatric or psychological treatment to a child.

The bill would require a school district, upon request by a parent, to provide to the parent information regarding tests and examinations to be used in evaluating a child's need for special education.
