No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would exempt from the definition of neglect refusal to consent to certain medications for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. There would be no significant fiscal impact to the state.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
