IN RE:
HB430 by Riddle (Relating to service of public school superintendents, principals, assistant principals, and other senior administrators as substitute teachers.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would require each superintendent, principal, assistant principal, and other senior administrator in a school district to serve as a substitute teacher for a class in the district for at least two days during each school year.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.

This bill is likely to have workload implications for school districts but may offset a portion of substitute teacher costs.
