The bill would amend the definition in the Health and Safety Code, which defines conditions that constitute a public health nuisance.The bill amends the definition of a collection of water as a public health nuisance to include collections of water that are a breeding area for mosquitoes that can transmit diseases regardless of the collection’s location.
