HB455 by Villarreal (Relating to a study regarding certain child-care initiatives.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would direct the Health and Human Services Commission, as the project lead, to work with the Texas Workforce Commission and the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services to study and produce a comprehensive report on state and local initiatives and collaborative initiatives targeted at enhancing the quality of child care.  Publicly and privately funded initiatives would be included in the study and report.
