No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Sections 21.405(a) and (c) of the Education Code to extend provisions concerning a duty-free lunch period to full-time school nurses. Current law provides for duty-free lunch periods for classroom teachers and full-time librarians.
