The bill would amend Section 37.007, Education Code to authorize a school district to expel a student for certain conduct committed against another student whether the conduct occurs on or off of school property or while attending a school-sponsored or school-related activity.The conduct addressed by the bill includes various types of assault and murder or attempted murder.
