No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would define an administrator to include all school district employees, other than a classroom teacher or direct service provider, who hold at least a bachelor's degree and earn an annual salary of $40,000. Under this bill, direct service providers would include only librarians and nurses who are assigned to a campus. The bill placed limitations on the number of administrators a school district may employ.
