No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill relates to the recognition of bison as wild animals indigenous to the state that are distinct from cattle, livestock, exotic livestock, and game animals, and that they may be raised for commercial purposes or for preserving the bison species.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
