HB670 by Phillips (Relating to the use of pseudonyms for victims of certain criminal offenses connected to the commission of a sex offense.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the confidentiality of identifying information of sex offense victims chapter of the Code of Criminal Procedure regarding the meaning of the word "victim."  It is assumed that the bill would not significantly affect the operations of state government.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
