HB672 by Madden (Relating to the compensation of a county chair who is not present at a central counting station.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Election Code to reduce by 15 percent the compensation paid to a county party chair for a primary election if that chair is not present at the central counting station for the entire time ballots are being counted.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
