HB674 by Madden (Relating to the modification of certain child support orders.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add being called into active military service in any branch of the United States armed forces to those events that may create a material and substantial change in circumstances sufficient to warrant a modification in child support. The bill would have minimal effect on the child support caseload at the Office of the Attorney Office.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
