No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would limit the authority of a school district to reject an application for transfer under the public education grant program.  Under the bill, a district could only reject such an application, if the district does not have a position available for the applying student.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
