The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code by defining the primary jurisdiction of peace officers commissioned by certain hospital districts.The bill would also define the powers and duties of peace officers commissioned by certain hospital districts when outside primary jurisdiction boundaries.It is assumed that the bill would not have a significant impact on the State.
