No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the importation of wine into the state by direct shipment.  The bill may generate additional revenues through taxes and permit fees.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
