HB787 by Dunnam (Relating to the punishment for the offense of passing a school bus.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill adds additional penalties for passing a school bus if the person causes bodily injury to another; and makes the offense a state jail felony if the person has been previously convicted of passing a school bus.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
