No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code  to allow a court to enter or enforce an order that a judgment debtor turn over certain property for the satisfaction of the judgment.  The bill would take immediate effect if the bill receives two-thirds the vote of the members of each house.  Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
