HB797 by Farabee (Relating to the penalties for certain offenses under the Texas Controlled Substances Act committed within 1,000 feet of a youth center.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code by including the premises of a public or private youth center in the definition of drug-free zones.  It is assumed that this bill would not significantly affect the fiscal operations of state government.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
