IN RE:	HB797 by Farabee (Relating to the penalties for certain offenses under the Texas Controlled Substances Act committed within 1,000 feet of a youth center.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code by including the premises of a public or private youth center in the definition of drug-free zones.  It is assumed that this bill would not significantly affect the fiscal operations of state government. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
