No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow for notice to parties of an associate judge's report in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship by facsimile transmission. Notice by facsimile transmission would not significantly affect costs to state or local government, when used in lieu of certified mail.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
