HB829 by Hughes (Relating to jurisdiction to enter certain orders in a failure to attend school proceeding.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure by further specifying the conditions that may be imposed on a juvenile that fails to attend school in a county with a population of less than 100,000.  It is assumed that implementation of the bill would not result in significant fiscal implications to the State. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
