IN RE:	HB850 by Talton (Relating to the regulation of the sale of a tow truck at a new motor vehicle show or exhibition.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would exempt tow trucks from the requirements of Section 2301.358(c) of the Occupations Code which prohibits the sale of new motor vehicles at a show or exhibition.
