No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would remove the requirement that certain pleadings filed for dissolution of marriage and suits affecting the parent-child relationship contain language relative to alternative dispute resolution. The bill would have no significant fiscal impact to the State as it does not affect a party's right to alternative dispute resolution or to trial.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
