No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Section 157.167 of the Family Code by adding the requirement that the court order the respondent to pay the movant's reasonable attorney's fees if the court finds that the respondent has failed to comply with the terms of an order providing for the possession of or access to a child.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
