No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide for the award of expenses in addition to attorney's fees in suits affecting the parent-child relationship. The bill would further authorize the payment of judgment and post-judgment interest directly to the attorney.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
