No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make changes related to child custody and access such as a court may not contravene a jury verdict and questions that a court may not submit to a jury. The bill would largely impact private cases.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
