No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code by including slot machines, video slot machines, and video sweepstakes machines in the definition of gambling device.  It is assumed that implementation of the bill would not have a significant impact on the costs of state government. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
